Public sector is hemorrhaging business. I think we'll have to have some sort of layoff/ restructuring.
Absolutely nothing new here. That has been going on in some departments for a year or two before the start of the VSP's back in 2018.
Yeah major things happen except you can’t cut what you don’t have enough of. Verizon has been showing signs of future proofing neglect. They also have done a horrible job with changes due to covid in the retail stores. Opening up with severely reduced staffing causing quite the uptick in stress amongst reps. Hundreds of reps and managers have taken short term leaves over the past 6 months and it’s only going to get worse.
This happens alot. However you are correct they panic, then something!ajor happens. Layoffs, change is commission, purchase of AOL :(
