If you actually read it (I gave up after 13 pages) it spells out exactly what an organization should be doing and SunTruist are actually doing the complete opposite.

My copy will go from the mailbox to garbage can. I’m taking the VSRP and September 30th can’t come soon enough.

I love it! Every time that I think Kelly King can’t go lower, he proves me wrong. Let’s see, the person who has not had to suffer any change, has not had to fear daily for his job, and who will cash out of this deal with mega millions - does what??

Does Kelly decide that the “teammates” who are mentally exhausted from carrying the load (all while constantly worried about their job) deserve a raise and heartfelt appreciation? Absolutely NOT. What the small-minded minions in the field really need is a book to remind them how selfish they are because this “change” is actually “good” for them (oh, and the book has Kelly’s name on the back)!! There are times I honestly believe the cruelty shown just has to be intentional.

Book or no book, massive layoffs are around the corner. Branch closings will begin in earnest soon and yes thousands will be severed.

It’s really just to stroke the kings ego. Read the back cover of the book and guess whose name is there?
