Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

2 things

Does anyone actually know where to send letters to Board of Directors for Verizon? Secondly where in the he-l is the union talk? There's so many disgruntled people is it time to get that going again?

Yessss please write letters to the board of directors so they understand the shtshow that ensues daily. Not that they'll care enough to do anything about it but the more we complain about our systems not working the more annoyed upper management gets. Quick tickets dont work and the cheaply paid IT crew in India wont fix anything bc then they wouldnt have a job. Everything about this company sucks. And I feel bad for any customer d-mb enough to pay 25 a month for home warranty... that's the latest company scam.

@1ykd+1bOWpW2C: They are definitely making more on average than our frontline and likely doing way less for it. Be stupid, it’s fine, but don’t tell others to walk that same line with you.
