I’m happy knowing that morally bankrupt individuals like Ken Meyer can leverage their position to have improper relations with female coworkers and have no repercussions. Makes me happy knowing one day I can do the same if I pump myself up with enough nonsense and I’m just the loudest person in the room, I do can have se-ual relations with anyone and nobody will care

I understand that the Truist24 machines have been re-programmed. When you execute a cash withdrawal, you get 50% of your request, and Kelly gets the other 50%. But better than cash, your receipt comes with an uplifting message of hope from Kelly. He shares with you that this new policy is simply “change”, and change is good for you! What you need to do is quit complaining, get rid of your fixed mindset of expecting the full amount, and build some resiliency!

I have hated my job since march when the majority of my dept were laid off. Now it is horrible and just waiting to be laid off myself or quit in March.

Only Bill and co. know the true endgame, but from my seat something seems “off”. I see very few capital allocations being made to bolster long-term technological competitiveness. Yet, I see some very valuable producing employees being cut to generate short term cash - with little thought going into who will cover their books. We are now clunkier and less attractive to clients than before the merger, and are going backwards at a time when our competitors, even some much smaller Regionals, are making substantial Fintech investments - and actually elevating their client service. I would love to hear everyone’s thoughts, but this doesn’t seem to me like SunTruist is even trying to build a long-term, competitive organization.

Even when you apply for the layoff package, if your 55+ and 10 or more years with the bank, you have to wait until August 13th to see if you're approved. Then they needlessly spend money on a book that no one cares a rat's a-s about. This is all nonsense!

He-l no. Only going to be compounded when I have to start going back in the office. These clowns are about to have a ton of people quitting on them soon. Maybe that's what they want, but the institutional knowledge they are losing is priceless. The people they've hired to replace them are clowns.

Have not been happy for a while. It took a life change in my personal life to make me realize how short life is and I dont want to spend any more time at this God awful corporation. I will be quitting soon. I am just socking away money. Staying here to get what I want , not doing it for Truist.

Don’t forget, we are always told happiness is a choice. So if you aren’t happy, it’s your fault, certainly not the banks!
