I don’t know a new certain area is as stable, but I’m considering it.

if you can get into ECMO that may be relatively stable
No job is stable. Especially not one publicly talking about an $8-billion dollar cost-cutting plan, https://journalnow.com/business/local/wells-fargo-unveils-8-billion-cost-cutting-plan-including-more-workforce-branch-reductions/article_e147b6b8-575f-11eb-92e5-e779feaf28b2.html Beware of internal promotions becoming lateral moves.
You can call us biz excellence if you like but we are still SORM
@nmp+1bO1Gxkk enough with the SORM cr-p; team no longer exists and hasn't for some time now
Unless you’re g-y, trans, black, or a recent hire by the new regime - there is no “stable WF job”.
This is the end of the Wells you used to know. There will be a few years of retraction and then a buy out
I guess it depends on why you are considering the move? Bored or is your current situation really bad in some way?
I'd leave for a stable job at another company.
I worked at a number of tech companies, tenure was like 1 or 2 years max. Wells Fargo they cry like babies to stay. People will hunt and leave a tech company if the coffee's bad.
SORM is pretty safe
@mlq+1bO1Gxkk, my thoughts exactly!! There is no such thing as a stable WF job.
A "stable WF job"? Huh?! Hahaha! There is no job that is secure or stable. Any of them could be Chainsawed tomorrow!
