All O&G companies are the same. Those who are looking to leave Shell because they are hoping to find something better are in for a rude awakening. Everywhere you go in this industry you'll find the same problems. No transparency, lack of direction despite the changing environment, bad treatment of employees because they are only seen as a cost and not as an asset...and they are all run by people who are only looking to enrich themselves. What you are chasing does not exist.

BP is the worst. They still haven’t recovered from the incompetence related to the gulf blowout Obama couldn’t cure.
I disagree with your comment. You are referencing Chevron and Shell in the context as BP. This is not true. Yes, nepotism exists in most companies but BP takes executive incompetence to a higher level.
