Is Anyone else unable to sign in to the retiree portal? I need to make elections regarding my pension etc. I am also about to move so I need to make sure Verizon has my correct address.
I can’t sign in, I can’t get my user ID or Pw and the site doesn’t recognize my email. It’s like Verizon doesn’t me at all after over 20 years of service. Can’t get a call back from my retirement coordinator either. Shabby treatment for this retiree.
