Getting laid off from this terrible company would be the best thing that has happened to me in my career. It’s a terrible place to work. Most managers are absolutely human waste.
I don't know for everyone, but for sales engineers, 7/15 is when we get our bonus pay from the end of FYE 2021. You would be a mo--n if you quit before getting your bonus.
