“Millwork must handle the workorders for PSE issues. Order the replacement sashes and screens , etc, so that he can be “free to sell”. WHO is “freeing” the Specialists to sell while they do freight, IRPs, Code 50’s, retrieve carts, and rotate on the “Lead Table”. We were told we would be written up if we went a month without a lead. It’s a joke, and the PSE spends ZERO time on the lead table??

Lol why y’all hating? If you wanna make 100k apply for a PSE position and you will find out it is A LOT more than just selling.
ALSO it’s the MILLWORK DM responsibility to take care of PSE issues.

I’m a pse….I’ve seen this program get worse every year. I know it’s frustrating, but Lowe’s did this. This is their idea, their process, their idea of managing installations.
These jobs need to be managed locally that’s it. Way, way too many hands in the p-t. It’s out of control.
Here is the reason they are pushing PSE leads. PSE sells installs that are based on at the least a 37%-52% margin range (Installed). This is huge for Lowe’s in order to offset any margin losses otherwise. This company is treading on ‘thin-ice’- All the CEO wants is close or if not better stock price to THD. Whether that’s going to happen, NO. We are in THD’s rear view mirror. Good luck!
I'm a specialist and I ignore Code 3 and Code 50, cart retrieval, freight and lead table. My job is to sell, period.
If I worked in millwork, I wouldn't do a damn thing for the PSE. Let him do it himself.

I get a whole lot of complaints on our PSE not returning calls. They send the complaint calls to Millwork. I send them back.
Its a scam. We are only here to carry the water for the wonder boy PSE who is cashing in at 100k+. He sells and then forgets and moves on to the next su---r. This whole process blowes. Just like Lowes.
