I am referring to a thread in which a person complained that he was threatened by a customer.
This happens very often, having to deal with extremely rude customers does not surprise me anymore at all. However, I am surprised by Verizon which never does anything to protect employees from such people and such situations.

Or they will hire a worthless security guard that won’t do anything, has only a flashlight. And will only be a witness to whatever beating/ violence comes your way! Thanks Verizon, those security make me feel less safe NOT more!
If you can act normal, you won’t be doing business in my store. If you want to be treated with respect, you will treat my employees with respect. My employees safety and health come first. I don’t play with that nonsense. Especially now. Sounds like y’all need a boss like me.

I've seen a customer get kicked off Verizon and also a misdemeanor ticket.
If your leadership cared at all. You can report those incidents. I've had customers "fired". They send them a letter saying they've violated the terms of service and have 30 days to port their numbers before their account is canceled.
Daily we have a crazy.
It does not happen ‘very often’. At least be honest.
