Does anyone else’s store operate without managers?
We literally go one to two days out the week where there are only key holders running the store because managers are always on vacation.
I’m just wondering if this is the new normal?

I was told all stores will be fitted with medeco access and ordered will be placed for indirect Partners end is near
In ET the managers never close, usually have sundays off, GM never works sundays or weekends. How smart is that… work in retail with a shortage of people and then as leaders you don’t contribute to the team when at work and then are only giving your reps the terrible shifts while you wave as you walk out at six and constantly take vacations. Sounds like a recipe for success to me. Way to go management! Keep on making way too much money to check people in and “coach” reps. Nobody could ever make way less money to regurgitate whatever Verizon told you to.
Not at my locations. I’m an assistant manager and we always have a manager working. My store is also always extremely busy sooooo maybe that’s why?
Why did you think everyone got keys, cause mgrs aren’t needed, Verizon wants them to take all their time so you are forced to learn the job and then they can let them go bye bye…
Yea same here at ET
Not new normal. Something is coming. Stores are run like garbage and they know it. They are just trying to get to the finish line whatever that may be. My money is still on mass store closures and indirect takeovers. I just don't know the timeline. I thought this would have happened already these stores are bleeding cash.
Yep.
All the time.
Total mess.
Yeah, happens all the time here
