Ok so basically everyone knows that half the customers coming in are looking for technical support. The new hires virtually get ZERO technical support training. So the seasoned tenured reps get interrupted all day long with tech questions from new hires. What a joke ! I told our new hire to tell the customer to call tech support and that nobody here is trained like that. Da fkuc is going on with this company ?
