I’ve only started working here recently and I can't complain for now, but I had much higher expectations. Many people tell me that in the past their job looked much different and that everything was incomparably better.
Unfortunately, many also think that the situation will never be the same again, which means to me that I can only expect it to get worse if I stay here.

You really not need be concerned about the past because it's gone. Just know that anyone with 2 years in is likely wanting out and not going to put up with the BS much longer, More then 2 years tenure they are just milking it. Everyone is getting paid way more then you to do for what ever they are doing. You're doing the work we did with our fat hourly for peanuts while we used to do it for racks. Our hourly checks went up 300-500 usd but our commission checks went from 2k-4k to what you are seeing now.
You’ve only recently started at Verizon but already found this board? If that’s true stay off this board and just do your job. Don’t worry about the past because you weren’t part of it.
