I would love nothing more than to get a package. I've been here too long. There is more and more talk about July layoffs, but there are no more detailed insights on how big these layouts will be or who will be the target? If anyone has any useful info, please spill the beans.

There will be a lot of Attrition on or after July 15th. The hands are already drawn.
Forget about layoff's. There is a huge attrition.
Take advantage of all the trainings available for free. That's what I'm doing right now, and come fall, I'm outta here(if I don't get rif'ed first).
No matter what, it is always better to leave on your feet (on your own with a job in hand) than on your back (via a RIF) things change and a hot job market can go cold. Get something and walk out wit ha smile on your face.

Don’t wait for the package. People are leaving on their own keeping the need for layoffs down. Get out with your self respect in tact.
