There was too much heat being put on VZW management. Maybe they didn’t want Verizon to accidentally realize they could just give tenured reps a little raise to take on a little OMM responsibility on top of helping customers which is 99% of what’s important at a retail location and save about 140k-160k a year per store by getting rid of the useless SMs.
What was the post in regards to that they deleted?
That thread was full of identifiable info, which is against the site rules. Stuff like that always gets nuked, so I assume that's why it was deleted.
