I got two offers, one from Oracle OCI and Juniper. I moved from India to here through a Indian MNC and have 7 years of experience.
Oracle is base salary is slightly better and they gave good RSUs.
Juniper RSU is very little, but they have bonus component.
Which one you suggest. People are saying Juniper is horrible.

Oracle is a dump. Lots of management creeps running scams to make themselves look better. You don't want to work at Oracle.

My recommendation:
None of the above.
Keep looking until you find something better
You come to an Oracle layoff board and ask that question?
