Despite all the changes over the years this company has managed to maintain its status quo culture. Let's do everything old school, do not leave any room for individual contributions or heavens forbid out-of-the-box thinking. Just keep doing things the same way we have always done tham. How do we expect to improve with that approach?

Maybe those old methods are what made it a multi-billion dollar company that didn't need to merge or be broken up and scattered to the wind.
