I joined fisv with the mindset that I only have one shot at having a fulfilling career. My plan was and remained to improve on my skills and advance as far as I could before moving on. I don’t want to look back 5 years from now and have the regrets so many of my colleagues have had. This is a good place to lay a foundation down but not to build a career with.

Watch out - if you stay too long and become an older worker, your days are numbered. He-l, they are already so. Learn and get out. YOU are obviously a drag on earnings. No one else, just you. (Sad situation ain't it!!!)
