What are the job ramifications due to Humana implementing the ECOM process? Has anyone heard of any layoff because of this new process?

I disagree….with Humana doing more, and connecting into more options and opportunities to help members, they will need more people to meet the needs of delivery
I have not heard anything but it seems like they won’t need as much staff as they currently have. That is just my gut after a recent meeting. Could be wrong.
