people called out because employees are treated like circus monkeys instead of humans, they dont care about employees anymore at all, i will just run off and take my break I dont even ask anymore and I dont really care, understaffed and stressed I need my 30minute relief from all the stupid bulls**t

There are so many options for you to buy a phone, they are short staffed like everyone else, you can order online same day delivery, you can go to Best Buy or Costco, you have options.

Haha ! Yea I work from home and we get those calls All the time , “ I went to pick up my phone today and their store was closed the website said they were open”… honestly Verizon is making shopping harder for our customers, like they don’t care about anyone anymore . SMH!
