It’s someone’s comment that I like a lot. And yes, I think the essence of everything they want is to get rid of employees very easily, to make them leave on their own. How many people do you know who have left lately? I know too many of them, as well as those who will leave very soon. I am also one of them.

If you are an office worker and cant get to one of the strategic offices (Omaha, NY, Atlanta), you need to be looking now.
WFH is going away starting now. And by the end of the year, permanent remote people will start getting RIF'd.
Before I left, there were anywhere between 2-10 people (that I know of) leaving every week for the past month.
i'm also planning on leaving but first i am going to coast for as long as possible on frank's dime
