How long have you been looking for a job? I have been looking for a new opportunity for too long and unfortunately, I only got 2 offers that are not much better than what I have at HCSC.
Personally, I do not notice anything drastically better in the job market than it was, say, in March. I thought the situation would improve a lot since then, but nothing significant.
