I don't want my question to sound like a provocation, but I'm interested in honest answers. Everyone who says that they were underpaid here and that they received much higher salaries after they left here, I am also interested in whether the amount of work in new companies has increased with that higher salary? I am also dissatisfied with how much I am paid, but I no longer try to work hard as I used to and thus compensate for my dissatisfaction.

Absolutely not!! I left Verizon as a SM went into the gaming industry, 30k salary jump not including commission. Company car, full autonomy, no weekends and an overall much better feeling about life in general. Verizon can F off. RESPECTFULLY.
