We’re not doing this. For the BOGO starting tomorrow at least one line has to be new just like usual. They just word it super poorly on InfoManager now by saying Upgrade Eligible in bold font, but they’ve been doing that for a year or so now. Now the trade in promo that we’re doing starting tomorrow for new and upgrades is definitely wack and gonna cause headaches, stupid amounts of upgrade traffic, and just be a total waste of time for us. I’ll be happy when we’re done taking people’s trash damaged phones.

I didn't see that in the new promos however I don't doubt it. Have you seen ATTs commercial, any customer any deal. Same deal for existing and new. We are just chasing what everyone else does as per usual. Excited to clerk more.
