I'm guessing it's the same everywhere but is anyone hitting their phones and bucket with essentially iPhone 12s and jetpacks being the only inventory in stock?

Nope but got enough to hit my at risk with our RIS
Verizon leadership has already admitted to adjusting month to month quota based on how much money was made team commission wise in the previous months. They also adjusted the RIS multiples threshold once as well and made it known why. So Verizon leadership is honest when they want to be. Of course all of this to the disadvantage of the reps.
Not that it even matters that much but I questioned the DM about this. The canned obvious answer was “the quotas were made knowing the inventory levels”. Retail and it’s leadership are a complete failure, at least be honest about things.
