That’s perhaps the best description of this company I’ve seen. That's right, until the mindset of those at the top changes, that a vision is needed of how this company is to be a leader, not just a follower, things will not improve. However, it is impossible to take a leadership position if there is no more good energy here and if all those talented people with good ideas become undesirable.

The main problem with the company is this
Reps, SMs and GMs "what the fu-k are they thinking with these stupid idea, makes no sense and d-mbest thing I've ever heard"
DM stops by store "How's everything going over here?
Everyone "ok great we are doing great and we love it here"
Rinse and repeat all the way up. A big circle jerk of people jerking off the next above them too afraid to give honesty to get the dreaded verizon target on the back
