Heard it today from a reliable source. OCI will be culling some people in the coming month or so in both DJ and CM orgs. Unneeded and low priority teams have been identified. Some teams have already had top performers reallocated to other areas that are deemed higher priority. The remaining low performers in some of these unneeded areas will be let go. That is all.

70% cut to OCI would not impact product delivery or support. Hire newbies fresh out of college and ramp them up. Force feeding them the Koolaid only takes three months. Safra is running the numbers now. Excel crashed on OCI, so she reverted to her laptop.
Finally , OCI needs to be flushed into the toilet along with all the executives

One does not cancel another, there's lots of ex-GIT and PDIT teams in OCI now and they're most certainly not hiring anyone.
