I find reading these posts and their replies to be entertaining. There are so many either complaining or defending VZE. Then there are those like me who don’t care one way or the other. I’m the one who is focused on earning a paycheck and padding my emergency funds in case I am impacted during a round of layoffs. That’s basically the only thing I can control. I haven’t reached the point where I feel the need to look for another job but if I do you won’t find me here urging others to leave or saying “good riddance”. It’s your future - take control of it for God’s sake.

Indifference is a cancer. This pervasive attitude is why Verizon has been able to corner and shoot their frontline employees. Sucks.
Pull yourself up by your bootstraps? That sounds legit! America has done away with corporate greed, nepotism, oligarchy, pay-to-play corruption, fascism, organizing corporations as “people”, large tax breaks for the extremely rich, and systemic racism. This country has created a true level playing field and installed a fair meritocracy that is governed by YHWH himself. You’re right, my brother. Only true patriots apply...!
