Really explain it... You don't have staff for anything. You have stores that are 3 people.... Oh that's right you just want us all to quit.

Glad to see voice that isn’t an employee. Verizon needs to see more feedback like that so they know it’s not just upset employees.
They had more employees working at bath and body selling candles than at the Verizon store I went to the other day. This company should be ashamed of itself. Why it gotta take 30 min to see someone about my phone? Ya'll ceo need to quit or something for real

Store that are open longer probably have more reps too genius! Give us 1 more rep and we will have a 25% increase in headcount, 33% less angry customers, 30% more efficiency, 5% better RIS, and can actually service the traffic you brag about.
So until we have addition trained staff keep your hours changes to yourself please. Thank you.
They are hiring "gamers"
I really don't understand their move on this cuz it's not like we're going to have any more employees come July when this starts, and most stores don't even have open positions to hire anybody, we have reduced hours currently because of staffing, and so they're going to extend them but not hire?
I'm pretty sure this is phase one of transition to indirect a line all the hours across the enterprise
