When will the SMS be laid off? The writing is on the walls, but when will it happen?

Before they layoff any SMs they need to layoff the ENTIRE business department. They serve no value and are fully dependent on the front line. Sorry they can't help with B360, we can handle business deals ourselves. That's where the cuts need to be made. They aren't even in stores at all. Someone track that!
I think so too regarding the dual stores and also something bigger brewing
I think dual stores are a temporary thing. Something bigger is coming.
Directors aren't going to know about a layoff more then 1 day ahead, if that.
Even though our director and EVP of the area keep insisting they are not laying off any SMS or reps, no one believes them. They will find a way to spin layoffs as something like, “ we are just meeting the customer where they want to be met”
Multi-stores are a disaster. It like running with one less manager having the GM bounce back and forth. Seems like GMs are on even more calls though now. Staffing both stores has been a nightmare. Each store had a different clientele especially when you work near big cities. We a drawing a multi-store commission come June 1st, bye bye commission for sure.
Probably September, and not just SMs, Solutions Specialists will be gone too, since they’re planning on adding Part Time Reps and expecting them to do EVERYTHING & also converting to INDIRECT. It’s like buying Verizon Service from Walmart or Costco. They’re planning in making everything “ROBOTIC”, kinda like Bezos’s Factory workers & if u want Service then u gotta call Overseas. Honestly, what would it take to get it all out there in the Media? What are we all waiting for? Lets Expose them!!
How could dual stores already be a massive failure? It just started? They haven't even started sharing staff yet.
Not sure. I feel like dual stores will be the target obviously with the remote manager approval. However I do also hear that dual stores are being looked at as a massive failure. Who knows, when has this company ever made a business move that made sense. These days I just assume everything is part of their master plan that we don't know until we wake up with and email and a call to get on.
