They are just following the science. Being open 10 hours a day magically creates more reps. Even though our reps are continuous busy this will make the waiting customers move faster due to their concern for the other customers. These magic reps will sell more stuff. When you have less overlapping coverage POS issues don't seem as bad. This will help us get used to screaming Karen's faster. We can make sure our noobies get training by fire... this will make them tough since they will have to figure out stuff on there own. GMs will be off the floor 100% instead of 90% of the time hiring additional PT reps because all the FT reps will finally call it quits. Customers will be so unhappy in retail stores that they will have to go digital or most likely to the competition. Less customers means less reps needed! We save money! It's a win/win! Why you guys complaining? You're so short sighted.
