Someone please tell me if there is another "career" out there where you increase your contributions yearly (getting more new lines, more overall accessory rev, more pull through lines) to the company and steadily decrease your compensation from the company you work for year over year. The lack of transparency with them adding RIS into out commission is ridiculous. They know very well for every .08 a store gets thats another 100 that Verizon is making up from their botched COVID response

Any of you store managersm/GMS out there trying to tell your employees to grin and bear the fist that we're getting inserted into us by Verizon you are the worst and your soul has been gone for a long long time im sure.

This company trys to tell sales reps to "celebrate your wins" when you get a good sale. What win has Verizon given us to celebrate in the last 2 years? This is a horrendously run company and it may not "fail" any time soon but it will get RUN OVER by tmobile as it has been for years now and it absolutely will be run like Authorized Retail very soon.

Once they went team commission you were no longer a salesman. There is no salesman worth his salt that would stay and be paid the same as a bottom performer, sorry.

I’m sorry about your sales situation. Vz often doesn’t reward success.
I agree with you on t mobile -they are going to be a force! Retail Customers and corporate customers now have three options.

nicely said. GMs and DMs are especially crooked. sucks that bad people tend to gravitate to management roles, and Verizon reinforces this with their sh---y culture.
