Some of you haven’t been to Charlotte and don’t know this. The Truist headquarters downtown is hideous on the skyline at night with the putrid purple lights up and down and on top of the building. It is no doubt a blight on this otherwise cool skyline. When soon to be King Rogers moves the headquarters back to the ATL the people and politicians will be happy this eyesore is gone!

Charlotte was against the new signage and wanted it taken down. This whole merger has been a mess since day one, and it's unfortunate there's no going back. All the talent is gone for the most part, and the talent that remain are burned out from all the additional work. It's a terrible shame!
Because as a poster in another thread stated Manhattan doesn’t want them!
Why would they move the headquarters back to Atlanta after they spent all that money to buy Hearst Tower and put up all that fancy strip club lighting?
