Can someone confirm new hours ? I vaguely remember a call about one Verizon it was mentioned some changes would happen in June. I have friends that work indirect and the are just as clueless.

I think there is a lot of confusion on here because of direct and indirect being lumped in as one. The indirect locations hours have always differed from the corporate owned stores. I think that’s why people get mixed up on here because employees from both sides visit this board and comment. One team different hours, different pay structure , different objectives.
Based on the traffic? No wonder we are going 9-7 from historically being 10-7 All our customers are well 55+ in age, more like 65+. They ain't buying either. Good thing there will be 2 people for the first 2 hours there to help them with their emails. I'm gonna short this stock.

Yeah no idea what they are thinking. Imagine being in a store that has current reduced hours because of staffing and then being told that your hours are going to increase. Even though you have 1 24hour part time rec open. Most stores don't even have any openings.
This has to be just to sc--w with the FT reps and get them out or to part time faster.
The only way this is salvaged is if you can opt in for 4 10hours shifts. That would be a game changer.
We already can properly staff our current hours. This will be a major challenge. Good luck to all.
