That key holder training starts tomorrow. Let us in on what it all was about... I think it’s crazy they are turning all the reps to key holders.

I heard they are going to make the SMs drop down to become solution specialist after everyone becomes a key holder.

Good because they suck at leading.

So if every rep in a store is a key holder and the only thing an asm does is, weekly coachings, codes and opening/closing the store, why have them? They can do codes remotely if needed and they can make the sm do all those weeklys, it’s not that much with only 5 reps.

Yup its about making all reps KEY HOLDERS with no extra pay.

I didn't want the it when I was making 20k+ per year more 2 years ago, I don't want it now.

We still have the right to say “NO”, “IF”, it comes with no pay increase. Have HR # handy people, if u can’t do it, u can’t do it, let them “HIRE” more people to do “MORE” with same pay. It’s really a time for a Union!! Simple as that, it like they prepare a dish for u making it sound like the lost amazing meal ur abt to have in ir life, but in the end, its just Corrupt nature of the company is what its revealed, in the end. Time is coming Verlieson, we will indeed WIN!!! No MORE pay, no EXTRA done!!

Solutions specialist becoming Solutions managers, Manager becoming GM's and Gms becoming DM's. All with out a pay raise. More duties, tasks and responsibilities with no increase in pay.
