Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

“It states that employer cannot dock or deduct payout because of quality or quantity”. Its all on there and also on NLRB as well. It’s just the matter of time, that their cost cutting (BUT PAYING THE EXEC LEVEL PEOPLE THE TOP $$$$$$, INCLUDING THE MOST CORRUPT OF THEM ALL “KB” is gonna get EXPOSED). To TOP it all off, no other carriers are doing it, then why we’re catering to their FAKE promises? Sprint was doing it & got sued!!! What’s so hard to understand here folks?
We all had a post here abt an ex employee posting abt how it doesn't make sense to either help/sell them anything. That post was judged by many and its still under review, up untill it catches momentum & spreads like wildfire. It all makes perfect sense!!
Another round of shady practices will start next month & that will prove to everyone how CORRUPT this company is!!!

FYI your commission is a bonus not your salary. They can manipulate whatever they want. You think a Fortune 500 company doesn’t already have this down to a science? Not only that but contribution reports are your own doing. Employees went to one team and then all of a sudden got lazy and didn’t want to help customers and move quickly. Instead they would sc--w their coworkers over.. work extra slow and make everyone work ten times harder because they got paid for it anyway. Contribution reports are a gift to this organization! Weed out the low performers and the ones clearly doing nothing to add to the team or even be helpful in anyway.
