Actually, a mass quit would hit them hard. Nobody wants to work in this country, and the ones who do think they are worth more per hour than they are, and they sure as he–l won't take a $12/hr part time job, which is all Verizon is hiring for now.
Organizing it would be impossible, but if even 2 reps in every location quit on the same day it would be brutal for Hans' golden parachute fund.
For those waiting for a layoff, good luck! They are not going to pay people to leave anymore... Stores are short staffed and they are now hiring so if anything, you will be moved to another location.
I already did if you "accept an offer from the competition" you don't have to give 2 weeks to be deemed rehireable
I took a 24k pay cut with these changes. I'm going to do my online school and keep my head down until hopefully a VSP. This job is done, No idea how they want this pressure an performance for such low pay. Going to sue the po–p out of them once I'm fired or let go.
Quitting without something else lined up is du–b unless you're swimming in savings. Wait until you get a job before you quit.
