How long after company relocated me do I need to stay to avoid having to repay for moving expenses? Planning my exit.

Just claim harassment or discrimination as your reason for leaving and if they push back threaten a lawsuit. They won’t pursue. People used to do that for tuition reimbursement. I mean, do you really care? The goal is to leave and not be on the hook for $. Of course, you’re nuking any chance of coming back but let’s be real, you laughed while you read that. Nuke it if you you have to.
If you are hired by another company, you can negotiate with the "new" company that they will buy out your XTO relocation package if XOM asks for their money back before the two year grace period is up.
The policy was changed from one year to two just before everyone moved to the Spring Campus from Fairfax and everywhere else years ago. Did it get changed back to one year? No clue, but check the relocation policy document as others have said...

If you were part of the XTO to Houston moved and received the enhanced relocation package, the term was 2 years before you wouldn’t have to pay it back.
Domestic they won’t relocate you to Houston even if they fire you

The company would not quibble really and ask for repayment.
They got double tax refunds on moving you. Paperwork and all.
Actually, you might have an angle to get them to pay for your re–relocation from whatever siberia they sent you. Some type of repatriation fee.
