By historical standards CEO vs worker pay is not normal. How long will people put up with this? Can a society function when so many are left behind? I am not saying everyone should be equal and I recognize everyone is rising but how do you justify what they are making?

It's a high risk, high reward job. It's not longer your going to jail when the company breaks laws, but CEOs do!
