Union.
FWIW, my wife works at at&t since her store was closed a year ago, and she's like 4th on the seniority with a much better schedule than me at VZW. Don't be fooled though, they got the same BS we do, just the union does/did it's thing for quality of life benefits I sure wish we had.
And no credit card. No home insurance, no contribution scores, just "sell x of y or get a coaching."
We used to think those days sucked, but we'd all love to have them back now.
