I’m sure everyone is going through it, how can this be reported to the authorities outside Verizon? Bcz HR is a joke and is only designed to hide Verlieson’s shady practices.

Call the EEO. I've see HR go crazy when that happens. They get scared and have to respond.
Unless you have sufficient tangible evidence along with any contemporaneous notes it's going to be extremely difficult to prove any "wrongdoing". Good luck.
Reach out to an employment attorney but be sure they only represent employees and not corporations as well. They can help you navigate things and tell you if you have a case. Some attorneys offer a free consultation.
