Does anyone find it funny that the call filter blocks the Verizon customer service number as spam? This pretty much summarizes all the problems with our company. Share you stupid tech problems here...

Whenever someone says we’re going to put a ticket in for that, or a customer says a ticket was put in...... you have a better chance of winning the lotto than that ticket getting fixed.
Most common ticket response, “try the order again”. This response comes one month later.
