I'm really tired of taking responsibility for something that's not my fault at all.
I can’t get a customer to buy a product that honestly I wouldn’t buy myself. Verizon doesn’t seem to realize at all that it has a problem with products, not with employees who fail to sell it because that product is highly overpriced. No, they never seem to understand.

For real I agree just get rid of it at this point if you're busting your ba––s for that little a–s check you're not maximizing your hourly. Plus let's be real 75% of your check is based on customers and what they have to say in their surveys.
If you are scanning a barcode than thats not selling
We are not sales people, get rid of commision and lets move on
From another person in retail... If people don't see a need for what you're selling or it's extremely overpriced nobody is going to buy it!!! If you have to rerate someone and slide a product in to sell it ( hum or any other product of service ) you're not selling.
From a fellow member of retail, you're a salesperson. What are you doing? Hoping things fall in your lap?
