seems to me if all these posts about inclusion are true they"d use their names to back it up

I love this company so much! Since I joined the Rainbow Council and African American Professional Group I have been promoted three times in the last two years and received several significant bonuses and raises. Go Mondelez!
So for anyone too new to know, our bonus over 100% doubled every percentage point you went over 100%. They took that away to give the people at less than 100% an incentive. Now if this is true, they got rid of the double bonus AND they will cut out anyone less than 100%. Shady AF!!!

The company is shifting its direction regarding incentives. With our commitment to diversity and inclusion, we believe is is appropriate to reward participation in our diversity panels and discussions with monetary compensation. To promote this we are going to divest from some of our current incentive programs and allocate those funds to programs that will make Mondelez an inclusive and diverse place to work and promote our commitment to social justice in the world.
