Big companies make more mistakes than you would think.
hire a lawyer. There's a number of lawyers that will take the case on that wont charge anything up front for this type of thing. Depending on the type of disability or injury, especially if it's work related, it could be substantial.
Well if you tell them you can't drive to work cause your thumb hurts, then that can be a problem....
Sounds like their is way more to the story. Especially with a big company, that would be a crazy law suit.
