I mean they are charged $10 then credited back $10 each bill
100% correct ! There are thousands of customers paying for high tier data plans because they were told they would not got 5G if they didn’t.
Yes we do charge more when a high tier plan is slammed and the rep says you need it for 5GUW. This happens more then you would think.

No. Check the bill. It's credit back each month. Has been like this since the launch of 5G.
