Executives/higher–ups will start to do more store visits eventually. And they will always as k that one question, “How are things going” and “how do you like these changes”. Respond below.

Nobody will speak up to an executive. We all raise he–l here because we're behind a computer screen
No one will speak up to a director it’s always a pressure packed day when you get a visit. Reps don’t care but managers are on high alert. Last thing that will happen is complaining. Verizon’s culture is one of the worst anywhere.
I think it’ll b good bcz then they can see themselves that what exactly goes on here. They’ll be seeing a lot disagreement as to what their requirement are vs what they r asked ti do in return. We should ALL NOT be doing what we’re not supposed to do including slamming accounts, we should forward any kind of coaching and/or any kind of behavior from the management which involves unnecessary pressure, unethical & morally wrong. No we’re NOT gonna include VZ Home in the quite tool and screws the customers. Let KB make those phones calls herself and do things which she ain’t supposed to do. How abt that for a change or ask Uncle Hans to do it. We ain’t doin it & we ain’t with this BS.
Why do you keep expecting more responsibilities and giving less pay?
Unless this is intentional to drive frontline employees away and replace them with cheaper labor, consider rewarding increased job duties with increased pay like decent companies who actually do care about social responsibility.
Otherwise, as the economy opens up you will lose all the collective knowledge of decades of experience. I know it is tough to care about us but we absolutely affect your bottom line in more ways than the cost of our salaries.
Taking care of customers matters. Please take proper care of your frontline because customer experience matters more than ever.
Everyone will put on their happy face and smile while kissing a$$. Same thing happens in customer service when directors hold focus meetings. They ask folks how things are going, is there anything they want to discuss that needs to be addressed and everyone just sits there smiling saying everything is just fine. They're just happy to get time off the phones.
Less pay & more or one should say & other’ jobs. Leadership is clueless and terrible as always. Corruption is at all time high.
Changes to what? Touchless? What a waste of time. I can touch their trade ins but i cant let them slide their cc chip into my tablet to take payment? Someone had to justify their job on the touchless BS. Changes to our commission? I make less and the game is rigged against us with surveys. Changes to our POS systems? They always update them and they always manage to be just as bad if not worse as before the updates. Changes to my outfit? Oh wait ive been wearing this awful denim for 2 years now.
Hmm, three hours and no replies. I guess that means the answer is things are going great and we just love the new changes.
