Slamming

Why are reps still slamming vz home, vzp, and new high tier unlimited plans for promos? When will this era end? Reps should not be allowed to add anything to a customers account without their knowledge. Just because you can save customer some money doesn’t mean you should still add something to their account to hit your metrics!!! Verizon should be ashamed that they allow reps to do this.

There seems to be some confusion here. Customer service doesn't even have VZ Home on the radar. Asurion is slamming it for sure. There is a big difference between Customer Service and Asurion.

Anyone slamming is a mo––n but I'm glad to have them on the team lol. They are still out there but most have realized the game is just doing as bare min as possible and just trying to a degree that makes your day and your fellow denim brothers and sisters easier. Every freaking day feels like you are going into a battle that you know you're going to regret.

Wouldn't have to slam anything if Verizon actually sold a product that people valued, it would sell itself. The problem is nobody want this sh–t Verizon is pushing down their throats. Customers keep saying we're to expensive, so verizons answer is to add more expensive sh–t to their bill, and write us up if they don't take it. " I totally understand that your paying $150 a month for 2 lines sir, yes I know tmobile has 2 lines for x amount, yes we are more expensive, how about you add this $25 dollar a month insurance nobody f'ing wants because it's useless".

worked in retail and CS. CS and Telesales create far more issues by slamming than retail does. indirect is a lawless, you can’t even hold them to the same standards, and Verizon refuses to do anything about it.

They are slamming customers because they have been told to do so by bad management teams. Believe it or not that’s not how each store operates. Retail gets a bad rap because they hold all the accountability. Telesales and customer care can just slide under the radar and retail takes the fall.

Every time a customer comes in to review their bill now, they have VZ Home that they had no clue about. Seeing it a lot from ISPUs from Telesales and especially indirect agents. Luckily my district isn’t pushing it as hard as I hear others around the nation are.
