Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

How many departments is verizon going to close or transfer to a vendor before they wake up! Constantly having to fix issues that vendor reps create or fix issues that use to be specific to a certain department that don't exist anymore and we never got training for it. Issues with call routing that is affecting reps numbers too and issues with value gen not allocating correctly.

No one is trying to sabotage Verizon. This is just how corporate America has always functioned and unfortunately it is still aloud to by the consumer and citizens of America. What the people stand for will always happen. If we allow them to outsource and give our jobs away, then they will. It’s been this way for 50+ years. Is it bad business? Absolutely. But the American people don’t stand as one and we never have. We are so divided on basic sh–t and it’s because of that we won’t ever fight corporate America the way we need to. That’s the truth. Period. Everyone needs to start boycotting any company that sends our jobs over seas. Period. I’m not demo or a repub, I am just for the people and for all people. If we stand together they will not have a choice. Greed has always been the backbone of corporate America.

Hans lays off a bunch of people, outsources jobs for cheaper only to take in more of a bonus. That is the corporate way. Front line employees get squeezed for more money and are asked to do more work for less. Verizon wants you to quit or move to PT. Why pay reps when they can drive traffic online and not pay reps? As long as Hans gets his millions in bonus checks. Profit over everything. That IS Corporate America.

Why? Because it is alot cheaper to have vendors and outsource overseas. Almost every customer calls to complain about how difficult it is to reach a representative. This is not indicative of the company it use to be that acted like they cared about their customers and employees. Don't be surprised when all customer service is rebadged. Just a matter of time.

To the above anonymous, yes you are correct that “person” who is trying to sabotage veriZon is..../ Hans and his little sidekick KB , look what he did to Ericsson, now he is trying to do it to Vzw .
