It’s time to send a message. Spread the word. Shut every store down across the country. Without action there will never be change. Now is the time to step up and do something.

seems like another example of management/ upper management trying to deter reps from wanting better improvements with their anti union rhetoric scripted response!!
Seems like another example of a union organizer posting as an employee so they could respond with their union propoganda. Just another sneaky way to try and trick employees into paying your salary?
while you are THERE why dont y'all join together and take action and fight the boss back on the things that affect you all the most, and fight back to improve the things you dont like, that the company is doing. action taken by 2 or more co workers is considered CONCERTED ACTIVITY which is protected under FEDERAL LABOR LAW- which means that it is illegal for a company to retaliate against workers taking such action. I say that to say this, if you are unhappy with where you work because of the conditions but something is keeping you there, what ever it is. you have tried not saying or doing anything about the conditions you work under. not saying anything isn't working out, its telling the company that what-ever they are doing IS OK. I suggest an alternative option. Although you dont need a union to organize and take action against management, forming one would certainly help make some changes that you all deem fit in your best interest. dont know how to get started go to https://verizonworkers.org and get involved.
[You have the right to act with co-workers to address work-related issues in many ways. Examples include: talking with one or more co-workers about your wages and benefits or other working conditions, circulating a petition asking for better hours, participating in a concerted refusal to work in unsafe conditions, openly talking about your pay and benefits, and joining with co-workers to talk directly to your employer, to a government agency, or to the media about problems in your workplace. Your employer cannot discharge, discipline, or threaten you for, or coercively question you about, this "protected concerted" activity. A single employee may also engage in protected concerted activity if he or she is acting on the authority of other employees, bringing group complaints to the employer's attention, trying to induce group action, or seeking to prepare for group action. However, you can lose protection by saying or doing something egregiously offensive or knowingly and maliciously false, or by publicly disparaging your employer's products or services without relating your complaints to any labor controversy].

Yeah it's just going to get deleted like everything else. Plus you can't put that obvious target on your back. There are other options that make you far less suspicious.
